A graduate of Boston University, Remy founded Remington Ellis Management after serving in sales, marketing and representation capacities at Red Bull New York, Madison Square Garden, Santio Sport + Entertainment and VICE Media Group. A licensed FIFA Players’ Agent, Remy oversees all contractual negotiations and marketing initiatives for Remington Ellis clients, anticipating the needs of players, coaches, general managers and the like. Additionally, he maintains day-to-day contact with clients to proactively promote their exploits on and off the field. Remy has worked on integrated marketing campaigns for high profile partners including Nike, Converse, Ray Ban, Intel, Adidas, Gatorade and Diageo. Remy lives in Montclair, NJ, with his wife Megan, son Jude and daughter Edie.

Ben is responsible for handling the recruitment and talent identification of prospective clients, while helping manage our players' day-to-day needs. These roles include scouting matches, organizing trials for clients, contract negotiation and pitching brands on potential marketing campaigns for our players. A former player at St. John's University, Ben joined the Remington Ellis Management team in 2017, and has previous experience, coaching with the New York Red Bulls development program and as a writer for College Soccer News.

Noah Abrams is a Northeastern University graduate with a background across all facets of the global football industry, including five years playing professionally in the USL, Europe, and the Middle East. He previously served as Vice President of the USL Players Association.He joins REM Sports after 2.5 years as Chief of Staff at Crystal Palace, where he oversaw ownership-related initiatives and supported both the men’s and women’s sporting departments. At REM Sports, Abrams supports all facets of the business, including men’s and women’s representation as well as commercial activities.He became a registered agent in 2023 and splits his time between New York and London.

Jaime is responsible for the day-to-day management of our female clients, both on and off the field. After a successful amateur career at PDA and Rutgers, Jaime played professionally for Sky Blue FC in the US and Amazon Grimstad in Norway. Off the pitch, Jaime has worked at Dan Klores Communications, Houston Dynamo and New York Red Bulls. A mother of three daughters (Brynley, Taylor and Kaia), Jaime is married to Hunter Freeman.

Melissa's background in football is wide-ranging in both scope and geography. From playing, to coaching, working close-up on field for years as a sports scientist and more recently transitioning behind the scenes into operations, her experience has touched virtually every facet of the game from youth to professional level. She has worked with the US Soccer Federation, Utah Royals of NWSL and most recently, Barnsley FC. Melissa works as an agent on both the male and female sides of the game

Diego Ochoa works across player recruitment, talent identification and business operations at REM Sports, helping identify prospective clients, build relationships with players and families, and support the agency's day-to-day operations. A former player in the academies of Shattuck-St.Mary's and the LA Galaxy, Ochoa also spent time professionally with Loudoun United before continuing his career at Boston College. He later earned a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the University of Notre Dame while competing in his final season of NCAA eligibility. He is based in New York City.

Chris Wingert works coast-to-coast with REM Sports, drawing on his extensive experience as a player, agent and business professional to support clients throughout every stage of their careers. He has developed a broad network of relationships across every level of the game, allowing him to provide strategic guidance on player representation, career development and off-field opportunities. In addition to his work as an agent, Wingert has built a diverse business background with expertise in real estate. A former Hermann Trophy winner at St. John's University, Wingert enjoyed a distinguished 14-year Major League Soccer career with the Columbus Crew, Colorado Rapids, Real Salt Lake, and New York City FC.

Mara Fabrizi oversees finance and administration at REM Sports, managing the agency's accounting, budgeting, bookkeeping and financial operations. She is responsible for invoicing, financial reporting and maintaining the internal processes that support the agency's day-to-day business, helping ensure efficient financial management across all areas of the organization.
